I meant to start this blog much earlier. Guess I was more inspired to bake than to write 🙂 

After this debut post I’ll try and keep you updated about what happens in my kitchen. These days I plan to work on recipes which call for more complex techniques and lengthy procedures.  I might as well try them out before I get tied down with hospital duties and evening postings.
